Making A Purchase Orders can be placed by phone, fax, email, and post and through our online shop when this is running. The following terms and conditions remain the same whichever method is used.

Our online shop is designed to make you online shopping experience as simple as possible. Simply browse the sections select anything you wish to buy and having first selected, colour and size, add to your shopping basket by clicking the appropriate button. You can review and edit your order through the "View Basket" option remembering to click the update button when necessary. Placing your order is achieved through the check out, completing the forms as required.

We accept Visa Mastercard and Switch. We do not charge until the order is ready for dispatch.

At this present time we will only accept orders for the United Kingdom via our website. For orders outside the UK please contact us on +441785 818500 and we will do our best to accommodate you.

The Outdoor Pursuits Co-operative's acceptance of order commences when the order is despatched. At this point the purchase contract starts and goods will be charged for. The Outdoor Pursuits Co-operative (95) Ltd reserves the right to decline any order placed without explanation. If this is the case the customer will be contacted.

Prices:
All prices quoted include VAT and are checked for accuracy, sometimes errors do occur and prices are displayed incorrectly or change. In these situations you will be contacted and informed of the revised or correct price with the option of cancelling the order.

Items offered as parts of a promotion are available while stocks last or until the promotion ends at the discretion of The Outdoor Pursuits Co-operative.
Shipping And Handling All orders are subject to a carriage charge of £3.00 except where otherwise stated. Goods will be despatched by the most suitable means dependent on size, weight and value by either a parcel carrier or post.
Delivery Schedule All goods deliveries will need to be signed for. Delivery takes between 2 and 5 days from despatch. Please note that this is not from date of order. Where items are in stock this will normally be within 24 hours of order or on the next working day.
Back Orders We make every effort to hold substantial stocks, where an item is out of stock we automatically Back Order it for you. You will always be contacted by email or by phone with the option to cancel your order if you are unable to wait.
Tax Charges Orders from the UK and the EU. VAT is charged at the current UK rate (17.5%) and is included in the price.
Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site. In the interests of security the first address must be that which is on the credit card statement, and deliveries will only be made to that address, unless special arrangements are made in advance, please call us for details. The telephone contact number must be a landline.
Guarantee We strive to give you satisfaction. If a purchase you have made from us proves to be unsuitable you may return it to us in an unused condition with all its original labels and packaging for replacement or refund for up to 15 days. Refund will be minus the delivery charge; replacement shall incur a delivery charge except where this is to correct an error on our part.

In the event of goods being faulty, please contact us before returning them to us as this saves time and money. The final decision rests with the manufacturer, if goods are accepted as faulty we will replace them and refund the postage.

The Outdoor Pursuits Co-operative shall not be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit whilst being returned to us. We would therefore advise using a service that provides insurance and requires proof of delivery for any returns.
