The g2 trek xt is a large two-person, three-pole semi-geodesic tent with an extended vestibule. Its combination of stability, space and ability to withstand the elements makes it a popular choice for long camping trips. One of Lightwave's top sellers. The penalty for its internal volume and geodesic shape is its weight (at 3.2 kg, it is Lightwave's heaviest two-person tent – even if it can actually sleep three) but even this is still manageable in a good load-carrying rucksack.

The t3 trek xt is the largest tent in the Lightwave range. A four-pole tunnel tent, it is breathtakingly enormous when you consider it barely weighs 4 kg. It sleeps three people comfortably, four cosily. The vast vestibule can sleep a couple more people in its own right! The t3 trek xt is an ideal tent for base camp use, or for a party of four who want to keep the shared weight down to a kilogram each. You can cook in the vestibule in all conditions. The fabrics used are a good balance of strength and reasonable low weight, and make the t3 trek xt an exceptional tent for the price. It is a four-season tent suitable for most climates and regions, although in extreme conditions secure pitching and anchoring are obviously imperative.

The t0 ultra xt is an exceptionally roomy and lightweight one-person tunnel tent. It is ideal for solo camping and travel where low weight and compact size are of the highest priority. Although a one-person tent, the t0 ultra xt is in fact surprisingly spacious and can accommodate two adults at a squeeze (a common if cosy solution in mountain marathon events) or an adult and child.
